New Theme Park to boost Frisco in North Texas!

A new theme park is planned for Frisco, Texas. According to the Frisco project’s itinerary and Universal officials, as per the property transaction documents, it is not clear when the theme park will open, but it intends to open within the next four years.

The land has been purchased off the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco, located in Fields, a construction site for a real-estate development company, Fields development. Fields is a billion-dollar mega-development project, where the 300-room family-oriented hotel and the theme park will make up a significant part of the development. Universal Parks and Resorts, an Orlando-based Company, recently bought the site in Fields for this newest project.

Even though the Frisco theme park is not expected to be as big as the Universal Studio’s Orlando and Los Angeles theme parks, it will still be a charming attraction for young families in the area and visitors to the city. Many activities, in particular, one or two-day destination trips, will be a great attraction, and in-house shops and family-oriented restaurants will be a great attraction. All will be set in a beautifully landscaped environment.

The Universal theme park will have many exciting things in store for the children, such as superheroes, television icons, and legendary movie actors in Collins County.

Frisco is also a very popular housing market. With this newly planned theme park, the area could attract even more families,

The theme park will not only create many new job opportunities but, as with the other theme parks, the property market is expected to escalate due to more people looking to invest and rent properties that will be more convenient to where their work destination is based. Although there are concerns about the influx of traffic and parking that this may create, it is known that Frisco has always coped well with managing the traffic. Many alternative routes are available, so you can avoid going past the theme park.

In conclusion, there are mixed feelings among the local community about the theme park in Frisco, even though this will expand the business development and infrastructure in the area.

“Everybody is completely buzzed about this,” said Christie

Cannon, a real estate agent with Keller Williams in Frisco who has lived in the area for 20

years. “It confirms everything people have been saying for years that Frisco is a destination.”
